Lupin’s corporate offices and manufacturing plants spread across a total of 3 states of Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra and required the support of their long-term safety and security partner Vasu Infosec. The establishments in Maharashtra were set up in the metropolitan cities of Mumbai and Pune where access to key resources both human as well as materials served as great propellers towards the development of these facilities. Vasu Infosec started the projects by tackling the fire hazard faced across these establishments and installing Fire Alarms across the establishments for detection. It was then followed up by installing sprinkler systems as per international standards to aid in fire fighting and supression. Once the fire hazard had been completely dealt with surveillance was put on priority and CCTV camera systems of the latest specifications were put in place at 11 high security facilities of the company. The last leg of the project focused on making the offices and industrial units intelligent with automated systems for controlling the lighting in and around them. These safety measures being in place have helped Lupin Pharmaceuticals feel reassured and focus on their core business and making it ever more profitable.
